Tavernes de la Valldigna is a vibrant town where traditions take center stage. In September, the Festes del Poble enliven the town with concerts, folk dances and the famous "Nit de Paelles", an event where hundreds of paellas are prepared in the open air. In March, the Fête de Valldigna celebrates the founding of the monastery with a medieval market, parades in period costume and an impressive civic procession.
